We protect your privacy. Legend Custom Guitars has implemented its Privacy Policy in order to protect the privacy of your information. Legend Custom Guitars will never willfully sell, trade, rent, or otherwise transmit for consideration, any personally identifiable information about you to any third party without first receiving your permission.

Shipping Limits
We ship anywhere in the 50 United States and Canada. Shipments outside these areas must be discussed with Legend Custom Guitars first. We try and ship the most economical means possible. All items we ship are well packed to protect the content and product. Insurance is available at the request of the purchaser and is an additional cost to the purchaser. The amount of insurance is also up to the purchaser.

Warranty
All our new guitars (existing inventory on our web site) have a 60 day limited warranty on parts, materials and workmanship from date of shipment. Any attempt by the purchaser to disassemble, modify, change or willfully damage or unintentionally break or damage voids this warranty. Any attempt to modify the electronics will void this warranty. The finish is not warrantied against normal wear and tear. Damage to the instrument due to dropping, banging into something or extreme temperature fluctuations or exposure to dampness is also not covered.
Return Policy
You may return an item purchased from our web site for refund or replacement within 30 days of the shipment date. Items must be returned in new condition. We reserve the right to reject any return based on condition. Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable. In other words, you are responsible for the return shipping charges. A copy of your receipt must accompany all returns. When you return an item, please indicate the reason for the return. You may want to insure your return; we cannot be responsible for lost or misdirected returns. All items returned will be inspected based on our return policy and warranty. If you paid for your order by certified check or money order, we will issue a refund to you by way of a bank money order provided that we approve the return in advance. If an item is sent to us and the above process is not followed, we will send the guitar/ item back to you at your expense. If you have any questions regarding your order, please feel free to contact us. Please note that customer requested custom built guitars are not returnable.
Payment
We accept cash (on sight transactions), certified checks, postal money orders, e transfers, PayPal and bank money orders for mail order transactions. Sorry, we cannot accept COD orders or personal checks.
