Legend Platinum Burst Les Paul Custom

This guitar is built similar to a Gibson Les Paul Custom but includes Seymour Duncan Hum-bucker pick-ups, a Gotoh Tune-O-Matic bridge and tailpiece and Gotoh tuners. The body and neck are made from Brazilian mahogany and the neck has an ebony fingerboard. The neck has block pearloid position markers, white binding to match the body and 5 layers of binding on the neck headstock as is also the case for the body. The guitar is equipped with a 3-way selector switch and quality electronics inside the rear control cavity. This guitar has a stunning silver metallic burst finish over black that makes it unusually different and real eye candy for sure.

Aside from its great looks, this guitar really rocks and has a fantastic sound and plays like a dream. The back of the neck and body are finished similar to the front and the whole guitar has a thicker-than-normal clear coat that really brings out the metallic sparkle to the finish. I have to say that this was a difficult finish to get right but what a nice finish when it finally came together, and so different-love it.
